Have you ever wondered what your body type is? Why certain things arent going your way when it comes to the body type you look forward too? Well it turns out that we all have different body types which are categorized in 3 types ; Ectomorph , Endomorph and Mesomorph. Which one you are will depend the way you will train and diet.

The ECTOMORPH .

As we can see the Ectomorph's are people who we see on our daily life eating anything and
still can't gain a pound. This people are also mistaken for anorexic , this is not true
their metabolism is so fast it burns fat at a higher paste. They tend to think
more deeply , and are more philosophic in nature due to their curious innate personalities.
They are hyper and nothing can stop them if they set their minds onto something. Only one
thing they always struggle with, Gaining weight. The problem is that ectomorph's are constantly
burning fat at a very fast rate even when they don't work out. That helps a lot to know since
now we know what must be done. You must ALWAYS eat every 3 hours. NO exceptions and if you

they find out that cutting isn't as easy as they thought it would be. Cardio becomes hard the
more fat is in the body . If an endomorph ever wants to have an amazing body they must first
shred their fat percentage to 6 percent, work out consinstenly and eat healthy and
drink hydro protein. Cardio is key for Endomorph's. If you don't do cardio forget having a

The Mesomorph's are the lucky people. These people have it in their genes to work out . The sad
truth is most of them dont know it. You can tell who these people are. They are big in size
without working and are still muscular!!! When this type of physique works out they can reach
any level they want at ease, as long as they still know what they are doing and eat a good
diet.
