2/3 Cup of Skim Milk
1 Slice Velveeta or White American Cheese

4 oz Tuna, Salmon, or Cod (Broiled)
OR
4 oz Rotisserie Chicken (No Skin)
OR
4 oz Steak (Broiled)
OR
4 oz Salisbury Steak
OR
4 oz Roast Beef
OR
4 oz Lean Broiled Pork

Before Bed: Casein Protein Shake since it doesn't allow catabolism
to take place. Your body eats away muscle
since it has nothing else to eat.
Notes: The only Fats used in the diet is Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sometimes a
small amount of butter, Canola Oil in Ranch Dressing, and Soy Bean Oil in Mayo. Food is cooked with a lot of
Herbs, Onion & Garlic.
